An interactive session with Maureen Buchan-Reid, Holistic Life Coach and T'ai Chi and Chi Kung Instructor exploring how becoming still can allow us to develop awareness of our life goals.
Instead of grasping at different goals that catch our attention at the time, practices that still the mind and body can allow us to become more aware of our real path in life and enable us to follow it.
Take time out to see how ancient Chinese healing and martial arts combined with modern life coaching activities can bring more balance and peace to our lives.

Maureen Buchan-Reid – Holistic Life Coach
BSc(Hons)(Psych), PGDipSW, DipLC, RSW
Maureen is a Registered Social Worker, with twenty years experience in the field of mental health, who has more recently qualified as a Life Coach. Alongside her professional study and experience Maureen developed her own spiritual practice of meditation T’ai Chi Chuan and Ch'i Kung. She now combines her professional experience with her knowledge of Eastern philosophy and practice to enable clients find and follow their path to holistic wellbeing.
