The speaker is Vaidyar Mani from Ancient's Best Clinic and Study Centre of Ayurveda & Yoga, Singapore.

The topics will include:
The Principles and Practice of Ayurveda
Ayurveda in Relationship to Yoga
Meaning of Yoga and the means to experience it directly
Karma and Dharma, its meaning, purpose and expression
The concept of ignorance and suffering and the means to rid suffering

Vaidyar Mani comes from the tradition of Ayurveda and Siddha practicing the rare and almost lost art of pulse diagnosis known as 'Nadi Parikshai'.

The information and subsequent interpretation of this provides the "Key" to understanding your body and mind, its strengths, weaknesses and tendencies and how to manage it better. This knowledge, when understood and correctly applied, becomes wisdom that helps to remove suffering. This ultimately allows you to live a more aware, balanced, and fulfilled life.

If you are interested in a Pulse (Naadi) Reading with Vaidyar this can be arranged for the morning after the Yoga Day. Please contact Nicky at info@ancientsbest.co.nz if you would like to find out more.

This event is hosted by the International Yoga Teacher's Association New Zealand.

Please bring a mat, cushion, blanket, a cup and your lunch
