Meditation instruction and seated meditation: 7pm (optional)
Workshop discussion: 7.30-9pm

This workshop series offers an entry point for those interested in Zen, mindfulness, and meditation. The workshops draw together themes of meditation, work, relationships and family life as expressions of interconnectness and as opportunities to see into conditioned ways of thinking. Attendance over each of the nights is encouraged, and entry is by donation. An optional period of meditation precedes each session. To assist with planning, please let us know your attendance in advance by phone or email.

Morning sitting and dharma interview:
In addition to the workshop programme, Hogen will lead meditation and offer face-to-face interview on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings, from 6.00-7.10am (Oct 22-24). This is a time to experience the still point of meditation practice before entering into your regular daily routine. Breakfast will be provided afterwards.
