This 12-week course follows the carefully-devised structure of Level 1 of the Yoga in Daily Life system, over 12 consecutive Mondays (excluding public holidays).
The yoga exercises from Level 1 are called Saraw Hitta Asanas, which means 'good for all'. These classes improve flexibility while toning the body, help keep the joints and spine supple, as well as providing relaxation and breathing techniques.
Everything you need is provided, just bring clothing in which you can move comfortably.
