Farmhouse Kitchen offers this hands-on workshop where you can learn all about making health promoting fermented foods, incl. sauerkraut, ginger carrots, beetroot kvass and ketchup. You will make and take away your creations as well as lots of recipes and tips to try at home.

A light meal will be provided, which will include some delicious fermented foods.
