A series of events for the family to enjoy nightly activities associated with Christmas. Entry free, a choice to purchase at the three night markets.

6.30: Night market
6.35: Youth Concert Band
7.10: Sing along with Cruize Karatiana
7.30: Wairarapa Country Music Band

Friday 13 December 8.30pm: Film evening with Equippers Church at The Oval

Saturday 14 December 3.00pm: Equippers Church Christmas Family Day at The Oval

Sunday 15 December 6.30: Wairarapa Word; Poetry, Music and Story telling
- John Ansell - poet, author of I Think the Clouds are Cotton Wool (2003)
- Di Batchelor - writer, musician - will perform songs
- Jodie Dalgleish - poet, visual artist, current acting director of New Pacific Studio
- Simon Fleck - poet, has a CD of poems set to music called Black Gold (2013)
- Janette Gerritsen - poet
- Jared Gulian - author of Moon Over Martinborough (2013)
- Christine Hunt-Daniell - author of Just an Orange for Christmas (2013), I’m Ninety Five – Any Objection? (1985) Speaking a Silence (1981), and Something in the Hills (1979)
- Clare McLennan-Kissel - poet, works with DHB, Masterton
- Murray Parker - musician (singer, guitarist) - will perform songs
- Madeleine Slavick - photographer, author of Fifty Stories Fifty Images (2012), Something Beautiful Might Happen (2010), delicate access (2004), and Round - Poems and Photographs of Asia (1997)

7.30 – 9.00: Combined Churches led Christmas Carols

Monday 23 December 6.30: Bollywood Dancers from Douglas Park School

Tuesday 24 December 6.30: Church Service followed by Christmas Carols with Equippers Church
