Traditional summer holidays in current times are an important escape from increasing workloads and professional pressures.

'Refuge in Anglesea' by photographer Tam Webster examines the relationship between our everyday lives and recreation. Anglesea Beachfront Family Caravan Park is located on Australia's Great Ocean Road, the majority of caravan sites there are privately owned and attended for only a few days each year.

This provoked an interest in the true function of the caravans; are they mere symbols of our values? Are they simply representations of our social status? Or do they represent lifestyle choices or some other motivating force that makes everyday life more bearable?

'Refuge in Anglesea' is a response to these questions and attempts to bring this discussion to the forefront.
