As a former sports coach and teacher I realise the importance of proper training for kids who are participating in activities, and keeping them occupied when the parents are busy

Sparta Kids Fit is designed for this benefit, you will see the children progress through a series of levels, reminiscent of many sports training. At every level children learn new skills and build their fitness.

In addition to learning new skills, you will notice your students makes better food choices, is more focused in school, transitions to new sports easier, and has a reduced risk of sport-related injury.

Sparta Kids Fit is a medium through which you will see your children become the best version of themselves possible. The tool we use is physical fitness, but our philosophy is that smart training increases quality of life, both inside and outside the gym – children learn to become leaders and successful human beings.

Bring your kids to our welcoming facility, learn to do everything from push up , pull ups , skipping rope, weighted excercises and other elements that encourage bone density development.

5 to 6 week Programme for kids 6 to 12 years of age. Other age brackets available just ask thanks

2 sessions per week - 16:00 during school season, 10:00am during holiday season.
