One Day Qigong Workshop

Come and learn Tian Yuan the first method of Yuan Gong.

In this fun and relaxed one day workshop you will learn a delightful Qigong form to balance body, mind and spirit. Tian Yuan ('Heavenly' Method) is the first step of Yuan Gong, a brand new Qigong system birthed in New Zealand in 2013.

Qigong uses the mind, breath, movement and posture to effect continuous positive change in Qi in order to improve health and elevate consciousness.

Kim Knight, Qigong teacher and Qi Therapist, was one of the first teachers to be taught this method directly by its creator Master Yuan Tze. The simple and easy-to-learn movements replenish energy, revitalize the body and mind, and bring true inner peace.

The workshop will include detailed instruction and plenty of practice time. We will cover both the theory (philosophy and mind activity) and practice (physical movements and postures) of Tian Yuan. By the end of the day you will have learnt enough to start your own practice at home.

There will also be the opportunity to attend ongoing weekly classes to keep up momentum and support your practice.

Single Earlybird (by Fri 6 Dec) $97
Single Regular (from 7 Dec) $147

Special two for one price:
'Bring a Friend' 'Two for One Earlybird (by 6 Dec) $147
