So, you are a new recruit (or Veteran) in the force and just failed the push up test, 2.4KM run test and over weight?! To protect and serve our community, you need to be strong and fit for sure, too bad there are many cops in the in the field that aren't fit enough!

Join the team now.

Session times:
- Mondays - 18:00 & 19:00
- Tuesdays - 18:30
- Wednesdays - 18:00
- Thursdays - 18:30
- Fridays - 18:00
- Saturdays - 11:00

Sessions on everyday so no excuses! Option to train twice/week or three times/week or more!

The workouts will be scaled to your level, and the positive energy you experience will help you keep your intensity in that progress zone.

Each session will include a warm up, instructional workout and finish with stretching. Every workout you do will be different from the last and all of them will keep you wanting more. Locations change from day to day so you never get bored with the same setting. (North Shore based).

MMA Self Defense classes also available!

Session fee listed is for one off casual at our gym. Training twice/week is recommended for the suitable candidates. Deal can be worked out for you.

Warning: This is not your usual generic running amok workouts, our regimens are carefully designed and varied. You'll be required to use a multitude of exercise equipment and toughen up! But the results are well worth it!
