The year 1777. A ship enters Queen Charlotte Sound. Three years before - ten men killed and eaten. A song of welcome – faces telling of fear. Revenge. Utu. But Captain Cook won’t have it. The ship sails to Tonga under a cloud. Captain Cook isn’t well. Thousands of miles from his prize – The fabled Northwest Passage in America. How will his last voyage end?
