This heartening kiwi documentary shares snapshots and stories from 50 New Zealanders, from Riverton to Northland, who have eco-conscious and economically viable businesses and lifestyles. Emma Heke and her son Connor (age 7) travelled the country in a tiny van, on a shoestring budget to showcase the 'can do' attitudes of people living their dreams for a better world. Those featured are ordinary folks who think outside the square and are passionate about what they do. It's an encouraging film for everyone interested in a greener journey, entreprenurial ideas and in meeting some great characters.

This event is a Hand Over a Hundy fundraiser for Christchurch.
"Hand Over A Hundy is a registered charity aiming to help families learn to grow vegetables. Each family is given $100 worth of seeds plus the advice of a mentor to get them going. Families with little or no experience in gardening are challenged to grow a vege garden and pay the $100 forward to another family at the end of the year. We are pleased to have started our first growing season in Christchurch and excited to present 'Our Green Roadie' as a fundraising event. We hope you find this film inspirational"
