They were legends who fought the struggle and were among the first in the world to claim the eight hour working day.

They were legends who took a gamble, ignored the naysayers and planted New Zealand's first Sauvignon Blanc.

Celebrate our 40th Vintage this Labour weekend with feasts from the sea and legendary wines from Matua.

Savour a savvy assortment of fresh NZ seafood, expertly prepared by Chef Eugene Sokolovski (Wild Food Challenge Winner), and matched perfectly to a selection of Matua 2013 Sauvignon Blancs, including hte newest addition to the family, Matua Lands and Legends Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

This Labour weekend at Matua's Cellar Door 11am onwards.
