Details:
Leading a fundraising team to success requires mastery of the 4 S’s: Strategy, Structure, Staff and Self-Awareness. We’ll examine each of these elements and how they work in synergy.

You’ll return to the office with a thorough understanding of core principles of best practices in fundraising leadership and management as well as a practical set of action steps for enhancing your efforts in these areas. The result: a more successful, sustainable, and inspired fundraising programme and team!

During the master class, you will:
- Identify your strengths and challenges in the areas of strategy, structure, staff and self-awareness.
- Prioritise key action items in strategy, structure, staff and self-awareness that will give you a basis for some “quick wins” as well as long-term enhancements in the work of your fundraising programme’s team.
- Create ways in which strategy, structure, staff and self-awareness can work synergistically to support your fundraising team’s goals.
- Develop an action step outline for the next 90 days to help you immediately implement some of the key priorities you’ve identified.
