Learning to face the challenge of loss and separation is an important part of having a healthy life. Buddha taught that the end of meeting is parting and the end of birth is death. In this course we will explore profound methods to integrate these truths into our daily life, increasing our well-being and happiness and giving us great strength to support our loved ones during times of immense challenge.

The cost includes teachings, guided meditations and a delicious vegetarian lunch.

Everyone is welcome to attend regardless of previous experience of meditation or Buddhism.

The teacher:
Kelsang Pagma is the Resident Teacher at Bodh Gaya Buddhist Centre. Pagma is a sincere practitioner who shares Buddha’s teachings with gentleness and warmth.

Booking is essential, either by phone 04-475 3188 or by filling the booking form on Bodh Gaya website.
