Free seminar presented by Waking Life Holistic Hypnotherapy.

In this seminar you will be able to experience a light trance state used in hypnoenergetic hypnotherapy sessions, you will discover more about yourself as an energetic multidimensional being, and how we store memories of events in our life physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. You will learn about the creation of our behaviours and the core beliefs that drive our behaviours as well as how these can be changed when they are no longer serving you in a positive way. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you have which can specifically relate to you. You will also hear some real case studies of clients.
