Guitar Wolf

Guitar Wolf 'Beast Vibrator' tour with special guests Thee Rum Coves and Grrlfriendz.

The peerless Japanese rock and roll triumvirate that is Guitar Wolf return to New Zealand in December 2013, on the back of the release of their 11th album proper Beast Vibrator.

Seiji (Guitar Wolf) wrote the album after some business on Mt Fuji involving wormholes, Space Battleships and a secret laboratory, and it is nothing less than Guitar Wolf's most cohesive statement to date. Guitar Wolf demand that you stop staring at your mobile phone waiting for something to
happen and be the happening. 'Shake your body and heart with the power of beast!', they demand. And you can only comply.

Don't dare miss Guitarwolf (Seiji), Basswolf (U.G.) and Drumwolf (Toru) when they return to NZ in December.

Seiji says: Let the kids play under the blue sky! Getting into the good school is a small thing. You can study after play. Let the kids play as much as they enjoy. They won’t grow up strong without dreaming big. Let us be strong and lead the world together!

Ghostly You http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VWkkA9A0jhc
Seiji says: "You can be much much more beautiful! You've got to be a woman who lives her life, shining with beautiful energy! There are women holding back sigh in their heart. Breathe it out like exhaling ectoplasm. Then you can be a lovely woman. Come to see Guitar Wolf. I will perform an exorcism for you."

Magma Nobunaga http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vqPiNJ3hb98
Seiji says: "It was ridiculous when this title came up in my head. I thought it was a mistake or something. I knew I had always wanted massive power of magma. Then I noticed there was someone in my mind. It was Nobunaga. I feel the power of magma in Nobunaga in the Japanese history. Listen
to the Sengoku (Civil War) rock! By the way, Mitsuhide Akechi is kumquat."
*Nobunaga Oda and Mitsuhide Akechi were the eminent warlords in the Civil War era in the late 15th century Japan.
