Marcus Blease of Cerebral Palsy Alliance (Australia) brings the bequest experience of 140 charities across Australia who have joined forces and created a campaign to double the number of Australians who leave a gift in their will. This half-day session will be suitable for all experienced fundraising directors, managers or bequest officers who are looking to establish a bequest programme or revitalise their existing one.

- Framing your own message based on the insights of what the over 60s are looking for;
- Evaluate your own materials for content and relevance;
- Typical financial results and measures you should be tracking;
- How to find those most likely to leave you a gift in their will;
- Making real connections with bequestors;
- Stimulus materials and ideas to build on in a brainstorm session;
- Direct marketing around bequests;
- Making the ask through mail, phone or face-to-face;
- Innovation workshop.
