This is an amazing 17 hour experiential course covering gentle yoga, meditation and powerful breathing techniques along with discussion about how to handle better the mind and our emotions. Learn techniques to let go of stress and live a more happy and joyful life; reconnect to your true potential and have fun!

Times:
Fri 6.30 - 9pm
Sat & Sun 10am - 4pm
Mon 6.30 - 9pm
