An experiential workshop on how to use the power of our breath to reduce stress, calm the mind and energise the body.

Life in its many facets - school, family, job and society - demands a great deal of us. Our regrets of the past and our anxiety about the future creates fear and worry. We lose our inner balance and stop living our lives fully. Special breathing techniques, including the incredibly powerful Sudarshan Kriya, are tools to help deal with our mind and our negative emotions.
