Mangere Community Health Trust will be celebrating World Smoke Free Day, in the first NZ mall to go Smoke Free in 2007.

Our community will be celebrating those who have quit smoking and those who are on that journey. This is a free event suitable for all age groups, which is open to Mangere residents and everyone else in the world.

We are going to have a part out South.

Key messages are:
- Quit Now - "It's About Whanau" (families, Aiga).
- Working towards a Smoke Free NZ by 2025.
- Make 31st May 2012 Your Quit Day.

Come and listen to real live stories from people who have given up smoking or are on that journey. For those who don't smoke, we will be giving out information on how you can support others to become Smokefree and create a Smokefree environment.

You will start your day with a physical Zumba workout followed by live performances, fun and interactive quizzes. There will be free giveaways and spot prizes through out the day. Health, social service and educational providers will be promoting their services, and Quit Smoking booths will be set up for those wanting too give up and people who want find out more information about encouraging or setting up smoke free environments.
