Join Leila for an exploration into deep ancestral work.
This an intensive, experiential workshop examining our ancestral lines, seeing what we have inherited and how this affects our daily life. This workshop is held in sacred circle, we will be working within the medicine wheel and there will be some shamanic journeys.
The way we perceive the world is influenced by our ancestors our cultural history and our immediate family. We start the journey of our ancestors with the myths and stories we tell ourselves. Looking at personal stories and family myths, how they impact the way you perceive the world and the way the world responds to you. Through shamanic journeying you will find an ancestral ally, this ally will support you throughout the workshop. This workshops includes identifying negative ancestral patterns and discovering ways to free ourselves from patterns that we find ourselves living out, and that we may recognise in our parents and grandparents. Identifying gifts and positive character traits, learning to shift our limiting beliefs about the future at a fundamental level, re-establishing our connection to the past, embracing what strengthens us and releasing negative ancestral patterns.
