A magnificent obsession (of the photographic kind)

Join well-known photographer Nick Servian for a slideshow/talk on the art of travel photography — what really works, what doesn't, and how to get a winner. This will be followed by an open Q&A session.

Nick Servian’s photography career got off to a dubious start, after he took a day off school to photograph Yuri Gagarin – the first man in space – who was visiting London. The following day, The Daily Telegraph ran a picture of the crowd scene and there – in the front row with his twin-lens reflex around his neck – was young Nick. The school headmaster saw the newspaper, and Nick was asked to leave at the end of the term – expelled! See Nick's website: nick@nickservian.com

Includes nibbles and a drink on arrival (cash bar thereafter).
RSVP by Friday 29 June 2012.
Sorry, no door sales, please book ahead.

Please be aware that if we reserve a ticket for you, we are bound to pay the Hotel for the numbers we give them on Friday 29 June 2012 and will therefore ask you to pay for the ticket, whether you are able to attend or not.
