At Laughter Clubs we use a combination of laughter exercises, breathing, gentle stretches, and relaxation to bring more fun, good health & less stress into our lives.

Laughter benefits:

Titirangi Laughter Club meets every Sunday except the last Sunday of the month in the Titirangi Community House.
