Traditional Yang-style Tai Ji Quan classes, suitable for beginners to advanced.

Note: Beginners 7-8:15pm, intermediate/advanced 7-9pm.

Classes are ongoing and instructed by Richard Clark Teacher/Practitioner of 30+ years experience. Come and enjoy the art of Tai Ji (Tai Chi) for health and fitness.
