A fluid dynamic yoga, designed to balance, strengthen, and safely stretch the major muscle groups. Increases core stability, and improves a sense of balance and coordination.

Begins by gently awakening the body with preparatory warming movements. Throughout the class, focus is on alignment, with modifications and adaptations offered.

Breath work is a fundamental aspect of the flowing sequences creating pace, energy and space within the body, necessary for each posture to be performed safely, and effectively.

An opportunity to create a 'restful space' in the mind to simply 'be', in a harmonious environment with like-minded individuals.

This Saturday class is recommended for beginners, a slower paced class concentrating on foundational postures. Mats available.

For intermediate yogi's, the Sunday class is recommended 11:30-12:45pm.
