Body language is a form of non-verbal communication which consists of body posture, gestures, facial expressions, and eye movements. Humans send and interpret such signals almost entirely subconsciously. Around 55% of the messages that we convey to other people are transmitted through body language. The actual verbal communication accounts for the other 38% in tone of voice and only 7% in the words we use (*When verbal context is ambiguous).
It is my commitment that anyone participating in this intensive program experiences a massive amount of learning over over the two days, which will take you through the modules listed below. Be warned! There is homework! This is necessary to cement your learning and put your new skills instantly to work. Participants are required to complete homework to a satisfactory level.

- Become much more aware of emotions around you - including your own;
- Finding out what people are really saying with their gestures & body language, and learn what interpretations are myths;
- Identifying the differences between genuine smiles and social / polite smiles;

Module 8: Putting It All Together (The final test is done in participants' own time afterwards).

Terms & conditions:
There is a minimum requirement of 10 people to run this 2-day programme, with notice provided a minimum of 30 days prior to the event if it is to be cancelled.
Refunds:
A full refund is available 90 days prior to the event. A 50% refund is applicable for participants 60 days prior to the event. No refund is available for anything sooner, unless the event is cancelled by SDL. If this is the case, then a full refund is applicable.
