Transform your equity into cashflow and have a comfortable retirement.

Trevor Moore is the classic New Zealander that was worried about having to struggle from week to week and rely on the pension when he retired. He wanted to retire comfortably and spend a good amount of time with his grandchildren, family and do the things he loved to do. This was not going to happen if he did not to make a move and change something in his life.

After having a few of life's challenges put in front of him, Trevor finally decided to get educated in property investing so he could create that retirement he was looking for. He started out in investing by using $200,000 equity he had in his family home, he then transformed this into a $5 million-dollar portfolio which includes 18 properties with 28 income streams, and he achieved all of this within 3 years of setting on his journey to financial freedom. He has properties in 5 different areas in New Zealand, his portfolio is a mix of residential and commercial properties, boarding houses, student accommodation, minor dwelling units and also has great knowledge on sub-dividing and placing transportable home onto sites, all of which you will learn about on the night.

Now retired thanks to his muliti-million dollar professional property portfolio, Trevor has found a passion for helping others achieve and teaching his strategies. Over the years he has personally mentored 350 students, two of these students have been feature articles in the New Zealand Property Investors Magazine in the past 18 months.
