Powerco Taranaki Garden Spectacular celebrates 25th year
Celebrating its 25th year, the annual ten day Powerco Taranaki Garden Spectacular showcases some of New Zealand’s most stunning private and public gardens from October 26 to November 4 in 2012.
As one of New Zealand’s longest running festivals each year it offers an exclusive opportunity to experience a diverse range of high quality gardens that are among the best in the country.
Located right around Taranaki, visitors will enjoy strolling through large park-like country gardens, geometric and intimate inner city potager gardens, sub-tropical and rainforest gardens.
This year’s unique Landscape Design Project will be the spectacular international Peranakan Lights Project.
As New Zealand’s Premier Spring Festival visitors can experience an extensive events programme featuring TV gardening stars, Linda Hallinan and Tony Murrell, a stunning fashion show, an exclusive landscape design project, guided walks and a garden speaker series and much more.
