Take time out to celebrate autumn, apple season and the delicions combination of pork, apples and cider! This specially crafted menu has been created as part of our 'Celebration of the Pig, Apples and Cider Weekend,' held from the 27th -29th April 2012. Please see our website for full details of the weekend.

Four Course Dinner - $55 per person

Menu:
- Pork and pistachio terrine with cider braised onion relish and sourdough.
- Pork hock salad with bitter leaves, local walnuts, cider mustard vinaigrette and apple reduction.
- Crispy skin pork pork belly with parsnip puree, celeriac remoulade and apple aioli.
- Market apple tarte tatin with Granny Smith apple sorbet and vanilla bean ice cream.

All ingredients are sourced from Christchurch Farmers’ Market including ‘Cressy Farm’ free-range pork, ‘Ashley River’ organic apples and ‘Grown’ Vegetables.

Conditions:
Bookings Essential.
Dinner will only commence once 20 seats have been sold.
Set menu specifically crafted for the night so no alternative dishes will be offered.
