We are now running our own pole fitness classes at Viva with professional instructor, Natasha Patel.
This is a great way to improve your overall fitness and body strength and get your feminine side into gear as well!
Classes run on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6.15pm. Anyone who does both classes qualifies for a 10% discount!
Our next 8- week course starts on Tuesday 26th June
Natasha will spend first 15 mins warming up with stretches and a few simple holds on the pole. The class then covers basic moves and transitions from one move to another. And progresses to harder moves incorporating musicality over the course. The last 5 to 10 mins is warm down.
There are limited spaces in these classes, booking is essential!
