New Pilates classes with Irina starting on Saturdays (14th April).
Pilates is a fantastic way to improve your muscle tone, strength, flexibility, posture, increase metabolism and improve overall well being.
These classes will give you an opportunity to work as hard as you can or as little as you want. They will give you some much-needed “me” time.
Please bring a mat or a thick towel, a small towel, water. Wear comfortable workout clothes and socks.
10am – Complete beginners,
11am – Open level.
