Whatever your current activity level or fitness goals, Nordic walking could be the perfect exercise for you. Nordic Walking enhances the natural walking movement. Strong, lightweight one-piece poles activate the upper body muscles, burning more calories, improving posture and reducing stress on joints. Please note that registration is essential as places are limited.
