Effectiveness and success go hand in hand. Whether it's your staff, your colleagues, your partner, your kids, your trainees, your customers or even your boss, you know that without positive influence and persuasion skills your effectiveness is severely limited - and so is your success.

NLP is recognised worldwide as a leading-edge technology for creating and maintaining effective change.

“The best training I have ever had. Nothing compares or comes close to what a
great course this was.” - Anita Jenner, Personal Manager Coach, Banking.

“What I got from the course was worth
100 times what I paid for it.” - Liz Reeseg, IT industry.

Now in Raglan! NLP Practitioner Training is facilitated in three, six-day blocks. You can take them individually or register for the whole three. Learn in a comfortable environment and right in town - handy for a variety of lunch options, a walk or look around the shops. What more could you wish for?

“The MetaMorphosis Makeover Promise”:
If you don’t see, hear and feel the transformation, I’ll give you your money back. I know how much difference this course makes to peoples’ lives and I really want you to have the benefit of attending. So, attend the training, put in the work and if you feel you haven’t experienced a metamorphosis I’ll give you your money back. I’ve never had to do it so far. If you read the testimonials on the web site, you’ll see that people get much more from the course than what they paid for it. So, for you, it’s a risk-free investment.

What is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)?
NLP is the study of how people, ‘know what they know and do what they do.’ By putting into practice the basic principles that drive people, you not only change mind sets but also the resultant behaviour.

"The NLP Practitioner course was life transforming. It is impossible to explain the extent to which this course has transformed my life. Before the course my mind felt closed and rigid and now it feels flexible and open to all the possibilities that the world holds for me. The skills that I learned are applicable to every aspect of my life, they’re so easy to use and the benefits are immediate and amazing." - Heather Bertrand, Quality Manager.

NLP is practical, useful and well-proven. It consists of a body of practical, useful, down-to-earth techniques that really work. It’s been proven world wide and with millions of people. However, you won’t just learn stuff - you’ll integrate the skills so you really ‘live’ them! That means you can develop your skills and learn how to get your message across in ways that cause change. You can still be authentic and effect change without compromising your integrity.

MetaMorphosis NLP Practitioner Training is structured into three-six day modules. This means it’s easier to fit into your schedule and still achieve the outcomes you desire. The modules must be taken in order because each builds on the previous one.

The three modules which complete your NLP Practitioner Certification:
MetaMorphosis 101 - The Power of Personal Change;
MetaMorphosis 202 - Change Technology;
MetaMorphosis 303 - Change Integration;

Your trainer:
Stephanie Philp is an internationally recognised NLP trainer. She’s been training NLP Practitioners since 2000 and trains NLP in NZ, UK and Portugal.

With over 130 trainer contact hours, your qualification with MetaMorphosis will be recognised by the New Zealand Assn of NLP (NZANLP). It will also be internationally recognised through the International Ass of NLP based in Switzerland. This qualification is being increasingly sought after in all professions involving people and is a prerequisite for many HR and training roles.
