Through meditation and the practice of contemplative arts we can take a more playful approach to the habitual patterns in our lives, to see through the stories we create and make room for new ones that can help to free us.
This weekend programme offers an introduction to the principles and practices of the Shambhala approach to the contemplative arts. This will be a participatory and energising program, including such activities as calligraphy, object arranging, movement, vocal improvisation, storytelling, and poetry. The programme is open to anyone interested in exploring how mindfulness and awareness can lead to a more balanced and fulfilling life.
