Wednesday evening workshop in May.
We will have a look at 4 different techniques to give you peace of mind, control, time for reflection as well as time for yourself.
Session 1 and 2 are suitable for absolute beginners and experienced. To attend session 3 and 4 it is of advantage to at least have been to one session before.
These sessions will be fun, very casual and introductory, no equipment necessary (chairs will be provided), unless you want to bring your own cushion. Bring an open mind, comfortable clothing, a sense of humour, and maybe some water.
To make these sessions valuable to you all, we limit class numbers to just 20, so recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.
