Otumoetai Plunket Rooms, 59 Otumoetai Rd, Tauranga Show map

Two meditation workshops in one, Philippa in the morning with de-stress meditation and Sandra in the afternoon with Part 1 and Part 2 of the Wednesday Sessions.

So if you liked it you can do it again and deepen the experience or if you missed it - here is your chance to get into it.

We know it is Morthers Day - but... if you are a Mum, maybe you want some me-time on that day... or give your loved ones the time to prepare a fabulous lunch or the coffee table for you... and if you are a daughter maybe you want to bring your Mum along and have some wonderful relaxing experiences together.

Philippa 10am -12pm
Sandra 1pm - 3pm

Join us for the whole day for $30 or if you can only spare a couple of hours join in either the morning or afternoon sessions for just $20.

These sessions will be very casual and introductory, no equipment necessary (chairs will be provided), unless you want to bring your own cushion. Bring an open mind, a sense of humour, and maybe some water.

If you are joining us for both sessions, we will break for lunch and suggest you bring it, although the excellent cafe at New World is easy walking distance.

These sessions will afford you, peace of mind, time for yourself, control, and strategies to take with you into stressful situations.

To make these sessions valuable to you all, we limit class numbers to just 20 so recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.

If you would like to know more about the workshop or would like to register please contact Sandra by emailing: meditation.tauranga@yahoo.co.nz
