Come and join in the fun! Mairangi Arts Centre offers a stimulating, educational yet fun art class programme for 5-14 year olds for the July school holidays. Clay classes include: making a dinosaur or family pet, a hot chocolate mug, having a go on the pottery wheel and making clay constructions to name but a few. Also on the programme are classes in making a designer soft toy, papermaking, creating a felt satchel or pencil case, collage or making a movie. Painting/drawing classes are offered in painting & drawing NZ birds, self portraits, rainbows and wild & windy landscapes.
