Power Yoga is a flowing sequence of postures and breathwork to develop physical and mental integrity and agility. Offered Mondays and Fridays at 12:15 pm; Wednesdays and Thursdays at 1.15 pm.
Power Yoga Basics offers the benefits of power yoga but goes into greater depth on the alignment of postures, breathwork and philosophy. Great for everyone, perfect for beginners! Offered Mondays and Fridays at 1:15 pm; Wednesdays at 12:15 pm.
All classes are all-levels and prenatal appropriate and are led by certified instructor Jenifer Parker. She provides gentle assists and modifications to make sure you're strong and safely aligned in every posture.
