For children attending, our classes are designed specifically for kids. Your child will not only learn the ABC's of self defence but more importantly the ABC's of life attitude, behaviour and character.

We look to build a well-rounded individual by working within a positive reward scheme. Anything your child achieves in the school while training can also be applied outside the school in their everyday life.. The aim of our reward scheme is to build you child's confidence by positively acknowledging their achievements. This enables your child to be proud of not only their successes but themselves too!

We also offer adults classes.
