Celebrate Matariki, Maori New Year at The Goldie Room Waiheke Island.
Kotahitanga Matariki Fashion Show is a night of Maori culture, art, fashion and music, complimented by mouthwatering delicacies and fine wine.
Introducing the evening, is allstar MC Whetu Fala and Piringaka Kapa Haka Ropu.
Award winning designers include Donna Campbel, Amiria Skipworth, Raewyn Tumaki Rich Kereopa and Jeanine Clarkin, along with new local label Brother Sister. Weaver extraordinaire Te Ao Marama Ngarimu presents range of hand woven accessories, and special international guest native Hawaini designer Andrade joins us from Hawaii celebrate this time.
Rising stars 'The Daugters of Fortune' grace us with their beautiful voices followed by DJ Vannessa, dance the new year in.
Tickets includes complimentary wine on arrival then cash bar. Wonderful treats by chef on arrival with a special Matariki menu available later in the evening.
