Harvard Medical School research published in 2006 confirmed that 85% of illnesses have an emotional component in their make-up, so how exactly do our thoughts and feelings affect our health?

Is your illness a random accident or a meaningful messenger? Join Richard Moat to discover the connection between our thoughts, feelings and physical health.

Study that has straddled The British College of Integrated Medicine and the Academy of Lifestyle Medicine in the UK, has helped Richard emerge as a credible and widely consulted authority on the mind - body connection.

Richard combines an insight into his research, findings and client case studies and will include live demonstrations of exactly how to assess and then remedy the thought-feeling component of any illness.

Emerging from twenty-nine years in the fields of health, wellbeing, positive change and personal transformation, Richard’s work is grounded in the principles of metaphysics, the practice of energy psychology, the science of mind-body medicine, and the art of releasing human potential.

Join us at Wellpark College open afternoon to learn more about the mind and body.
