Hi everyone,

As of recently I have become a chiropractic intern at school! Yay! Every year, 3rd year interns go to Rarotonga for a week (with school) to do voluntary work and give chiropractic care to the people there.

Everyone tries to gather enough money to be able to go, so I thought I would give some sort of service I'm good at, and fundraise for my trip.

It would be awesome if you guys could come and have some fun at my bootcamp and support me. If you can't make the bootcamp, you can always give donations (but I would much prefer if you attend!)

We are going to be working out for close to one hour, and finishing off with some stretches. The workout will consist of lots of body weight exercises like squats, jumping squats, push ups, sit ups, lunges, and so on... It will also include some weighted exercises just for fun. There's not a lot of running so don't worry, guys... Everyone will go at their own pace, and I'm going to be super nice... Haha.

In association with Sparta Bootcamp Series from Priority Fitness Inc.

Fee = $25 each Sunday for 10 weeks so total $250. 10 sessions on 10 Sundays! At 10am!

Warning: This is not your usual generic running amok bootcamps, our regimens are carefully designed and varied. You'll be required to use a multitude of exercise equipment and toughen up! But the results are well worth it!
