Five bands. Five bucks.

The Boxcar Rattle
All The Wrong Reasons
Nana Squad
Killing Bear
Soviet Space Dog

The Boxcar Rattle are a three-piece rock and roll band from Wellington. Since forming last year, the band have toured the South Island, supported bands such as DZ Deathrays and have played at Camp A Low Hum. You can download their EP for free on bandcamp http://theboxcarrattle.bandcamp.com/album/no-justice and watch their music video for Hallucinogens http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwYF-cp3L_U.

All The Wrong Reasons originated in late 2009 and quickly put together a set list and played a couple of gigs in 2010.They then broke up for a while and this will be their first gig since re-forming. They have rebuilt the band's sound from the ground up and have released their first EP "The Pink Fluffy Bunny".

Nana Squad have seemingly been around forever. With members living in Palmy and Wellington and no full time drummer at the moment, shows are few and far between. With ex-members Doug and Red returning briefly from Melbourne, they will be doing Palmy and Wellington shows and that could be it for a while.

Killing Bear are from Pukerua Bay, Wellington and have recorded, mixed and mastered their own debut album in their basement, have toured NZ and played live on bFM, and made their own music videos all independently. So you better be prepared for some carnage!

Soviet Space Dog is a two-piece rock 'n' roll band from Wellington.
