When the blues comes to town; ragtime, Chicago blues, sliding delta, gospel blues, foot stomping blues - all in a night's work for Switzerland's David Ferrington.

A maestro of the acoustic blues, Ferrington, a Brit expat from Lancaster, is well known in Europe where he tours regularly and is in Rotorua for just one night. He came up through the 'blues boom' of Europe in the 70s, when all the great names were touring, and became interested in the Blues and African music; inspiring him to study different techniques related to these styles of music.

For this performance he will be accompanied by Rotorua's own Warren Houston on percussion, and present an evening of all acoustic, good time rhythm and blues.

Ticket price includes a complimentary glass of wine. A cash bar will be available (beer and wine). Numbers limited, book early. Door sales available if not sold out prior.
