The California Youth Symphony is undoubtedly one of the finest youth orchestras in the world. They have been touring internationally for 20 years and New Zealand is the destination for 2012!
Be delighted and inspired by this one hundred piece Symphony when they tour New Zealand in June-July this year. Maestro Leo Eylar is the spirited conductor at the helm and when he takes the podium in June it will be nothing short of spectacular! Come along and enjoy the talent and energy that is the California Youth Symphony.
In Rotorua they are collaborating with a Kapa Haka dance group known as 'Te Roopu Manaaki' from the Western Heights High School. The concert has a gold coin donation upon entry in aid of the Western Heights High School Arts Faculty.
