In this workshop Dallia will cover snake movements, figure eights and undulations as well as working on drops and shimmies. Each of the techniques will be put into a short routine all combined together at the end.
This introductory workshop is suitable especially for beginners who want to learn and try out belly dance. But even women with previous knowledge who want to work hard at their foundations are in good hands here.
Belly dancing is not only a great female fitness program, but also balancing for mind and soul and really fun!
Please bring: Tight-fitting gym clothes and a scarf for the hips (hip scarves can be borrowed).
