Welcome to Half Moon Yoga Beginner course. This course runs over five weeks and will teach you the basics of flow yoga, moving from one pose to the other. You will learn the basic poses and be shown how to put them all together for a final flowing class. We also explore breathing and some philosophy. Great for those that are new to yoga or just want to get back into it. All done at the Paremata Boating Club overlooking the sea. What a lovely way to end your day.
