This beginners quilting course runs over 6 weeks and during that time we cover colour, fabric choices, cutting, machine piecing, making a quilt sandwich, hand quilting and machine quilting and how to finish a quilt.
You will leave with two completed mini table runners.
We keep the group small (three students) so that you all get plenty of one-on-one and aim for a relaxed friendly feel to the nights.
Included in the cost are your 3 basic pieces of equipment your rotary blade, cutting mat and quilting ruler.
You will need to provide your own fabrics and cotton but its best to purchase these after the first lesson where we talk about colour and fabric choices for the project.
