Based on the book "Eight Steps to Happiness" by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, the author of a series of highly acclaimed books. This course reveals methods to improve our qualities of love, compassion and wisdom; and how to transform all our adversities into causes of pure and lasting happiness.
Everyone is welcome to attend these classes regardless of previous experience of meditation or Buddhism.
Each week, a new method will be clearly explained. Start any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Each class includes guided meditations, teaching and discussion, followed by refreshments.
